Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Regeneration Zone, we strive to provide the best shipping options to our customers worldwide. We want to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. Our Shipping & Delivery policy is as follows:
- Order Verification: Once an order is placed, we will verify the order details to ensure accuracy.
- Tailoring: If applicable, we will tailor the product to your desired specifications.
- Quality Check: We will ensure that all products are of high quality before they are shipped.
- Packaging: We will package the products in a secure and appropriate manner to ensure safe delivery.
All orders will be sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours of the order being placed. The manufacturer and China Post will process the orders, which takes an additional 2-4 days.
- International Delivery: International delivery usually takes about 15-30 business days. Please note that this time frame may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times.
- US Orders: US orders will be shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors such as holidays, weather conditions, and customs processing times. We will do our best to ensure that your order arrives within the estimated delivery time frame.
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to resend the package. If the customer chooses to cancel the order, a refund will be issued for the product(s) only, not including shipping charges.
If a package is undeliverable due to customs issues, the customer will be responsible for any customs charges incurred, as well as the shipping charges to resend the package. Lost or Stolen Packages: Regeneration Zone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier for assistance.
