Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We also cannot accept returns of perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time.

Sale Items Sale items may be refunded at the sale price. If a regular-priced item goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, we will honor the sale price and refund the difference upon request.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. If you prefer a refund, we will issue a gift card for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
